How do I purchase the online Compassionate Self-Awareness Program to Know Yourself, Care for Yourself and Be Yourself?

How do I access my Program once I have purchased?
There is a link to the Program on your order receipt page which appears after you purchase the Program. You will also receive a Welcome email with a link and login details to provide you with life-time access to the Compassionate Self-Awareness Program. We look forward to you joining us on this transformational journey.
How do I participate in the Compassionate Self-Awareness Private Facebook Group?
Great question as the Authentic Woman Community Private Facebook Group is one of the most inspiring, supportive and conscious communities of women you’ll find anywhere.
This is where you will find your tribe. This is where the gold happens! This is where we inspire each other, support each other, and learn together.
When you sign up for the Program, in the Welcome email you will be invited to join the Private Community. Simply follow the link to join the Authentic Woman Private Facebook Group. If the name you are using on Facebook is different from the name you used to sign up for Authentic Woman then please email us to let us know your Facebook name at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll ensure you are approved for the Group.
How long can I access the Program for?
We welcome you as a life-time member of Authentic Woman, which means you have access to all of the Program content and resource materials for your lifetime.
Are the sessions live or pre-recorded?
The Program sessions are all pre-recorded. On a regular basis you will also have the opportunity to engage live with Jo and Heather on the Authentic Woman Community Private Facebook Group via Facebook Live.
Can I download the Program to my computer or mobile device?
The Program videos can be streamed to your computer and mobile device but cannot be downloaded. You can download the audio files and then sync with your device and they will be available in your media player for you to listen to. And you can download the PDF transcripts to print out and create your own Program learning book. Please note that our PDF and Audio Resources are best downloaded via Chrome when on an Android mobile device.
What browsers do you recommend?
We recommend Safari for Mac users and Chrome for PC users (with a second choice of Firefox). We do NOT recommend using Internet Explorer – but if you must, please use version 11 or higher. When on an Android mobile (e.g. not an iPhone) our PDF and Audio Resources are best downloaded via Chrome.
