Life can be hectic, especially this time of year. AND we can still have moments of peace in our day. What does that look like for you? For me it can be as simple as taking a few deep conscious breaths throughout the day. Or closing my eyes for 5 minutes. Prioritise a bit of self-care: a walk, some yoga, or a spin on your bike. Even ten minutes will energise. Take some time with a good book, listen to music that lifts you up. Whatever helps you slow the pace of the day just a bit.
